We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who has experience in E-commerce platforms to join our remote team.  The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely accurate, organized and a detail-oriented professional that knows how to create, pull data, update and maintain trackers. The Data Analyst will have a background in e-commerce data analysis, like Sales, Inventory and Finance. He/She must be able to multitask and manage large data sets in Excel with confidence. We are looking for someone who really enjoys mining for metrics and turning big data into real insights through visualizations like tables, graphs, and charts.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst & Forecaster who is an expert on the Amazon Seller Central platform to join our remote team.  The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely accurate, organized and a detail-oriented professional that knows how to clean, filter, and present data for actionable KPIs to support different departments. The Amazon Data Analyst & Forecaster will have a background in e-commerce data analysis, like Sales, Inventory and Finance (particularly on the Amazon platform). He/She must be able to multitask and manage large data sets in Excel with confidence. We are looking for someone who really enjoys mining for metrics and turning big data into real insights through visualizations like tables, graphs, and charts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrated experience locating and downloading all available Amazon reports in Seller Central
  • Solid understanding of each report type and the definitions for each Amazon metric found on the report(s) on Seller Central
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting Amazon report(s) to create actionable KPIs
  • Organized approach to collating and saving data
  • Strong experience with statistical techniques and data presentation using Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint software

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring Amazon advertising KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly to maintain million-dollar Amazon campaigns for budget and sales goals
• Analyze and report on Amazon advertising campaigns in internal and external stakeholders
• Track campaign changes, progress, results
• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on Amazon’s advertising platforms
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budgets daily and adjust to gain better ROI and scale profitable ads

• Proven experience handling an ad spend portfolio of $1M+ annually
• Strong Excel and Google Sheet Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, filters, etc.)
• Experience with 3rd party Amazon tools for competitive analysis and keyword research
• Analytical thinking with strong math skills
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent time management and communication skills
