Job Responsibilities

  • Drive daily A-Z account management for brand health and listing health on the Amazon Seller Central platform (FBA)
  • Responsible for achieving and analyzing sales goals and profitability goals for your assigned ASIN portfolio
  • Create and review reporting from both Amazon Seller Central/ Vendor Central reports and our internal database
  • Analyze metrics and course correct on actionable KPIs to meet each individual ASIN goals and brand goals
  • Monitor and manage Amazon FBA inventory requirements needed to support sales forecast while being flexible and communicating with other sales channel managers regarding the supply chain
  • Analyze, optimize, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve the best ROAs while supporting sales goals by reaching the right Amazon shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with other sales channel managers and internal stakeholders to manage Amazon product launches, cross-marketing, promotional calendars, and other seasonal programs
  • Track, monitor, and adapt to Amazon competition to ensure that your assigned ASIN portfolio is always competitive to support marketing ROI and sales conversion metrics
  • Help create and develop best in class Amazon product pages, SEO content, A+ content, and Amazon storefront maintenance to boost conversion rates
  • Develop and pitch short-term and long-term strategies to drive sales and creatively contribute to company revenue and profit objectives on Amazon across other brands and their categories
  • Daily engagement and management of the duties for a small offshore virtual assistant team that supports daily operations
  • Daily engagement with company cross-functional teams that requires project management skills and strong communication to work towards supporting company operations and company brands goals
  • Proactively solve Amazon account and listing issues with SOPs, Amazon Seller Support, Brand Registry, and good judgment
  • Engage and develop a strong relationship with our Amazon SAM to solve critical Amazon account and listing issues, while gaining access to Amazon promotions and special events
  • Stay up-to-date on the Amazon platform, e-commerce industry trends, and social media tools to adapt existing brand strategies while also informing internal stakeholders of impactful changes

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or AA Degree in a relevant field
  • MUST HAVE 3+ years personally managing and successfully growing Amazon account(s) on the Amazon Seller Central platform
  • MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience successfully managing all aspects of Amazon Advertising personally or through an agency
  • MUST HAVE MINIMUM Intermediate to Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Can demonstrate working knowledge and daily use of vital Amazon reports located in Seller Central reporting to support all aspects of Amazon account management
  • Can demonstrate command over Amazon Seller Central flat file and bulk file operations from creation, maintenance, and the organization of versions/archives
  • Can demonstrate experience successfully utilizing Seller Support, Brand Registry, and/or SAS Core to solve account issues, listing issues, and infringement issues
  • Can demonstrate optimization and seasonal maintenance of Amazon product pages including graphic asset, SEO content, and A+ content creation
  • Can demonstrate working knowledge and daily use of common Amazon 3rd party tools to assist with competitive analysis and scope of improvement
  • Can demonstrate good leadership and management of a small team supporting Amazon account management
  • Can demonstrate the ability to drive and take ownership of multiple work streams will judicially recruiting team assets, available resources, and tools to routinely deliver expected output
  • Can demonstrate strong time management skills and project management experience
  • Can demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills used to exercise good judgment when problem-solving to determine multiple options and appropriate actions
  • Must be extremely organized, analytical, with a strong attention to detail and procedure
  • Operates with a can-do attitude while being eager to dive in with a no-task-too-small mentality
  • Experience with widely-used project management software like Asana, Microsoft Teams, Trello, or similar

Amazon Data Analyst & Forecaster

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst & Forecaster who is an expert on the Amazon Seller Central platform to join our remote team. The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely accurate, organized and a detail-oriented professional that knows how to clean, filter, and present data for actionable KPIs to support different departments. The Amazon Data Analyst & Forecaster will have a background in e-commerce data analysis, like Sales, Inventory and Finance (particularly on the Amazon platform). He/She must be able to multitask and manage large data sets in Excel with confidence. We are looking for someone who really enjoys mining for metrics and turning big data into real insights through visualizations like tables, graphs, and charts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrated experience locating and downloading all available Amazon reports in Seller Central
  • Solid understanding of each report type and the definitions for each Amazon metric found on the report(s) on Seller Central
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting Amazon report(s) to create actionable KPIs
  • Organized approach to collating and saving data
  • Strong experience with statistical techniques and data presentation using Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint software

Amazon Competitor Analysis Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Daily use of virtual dashboards to capture ASIN performance metrics to analyze and report progress against weekly and monthly sales and profitability goals for your assigned ASIN portfolio
  • Responsible for achieving and analyzing sales and profitability goals in tandem with Brand Managers for your assigned ASIN portfolio
  • Track, monitor, and adapt to Amazon competition to ensure that your assigned ASIN portfolio is always competitive to support marketing ROI and sales conversion metrics

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Amazon Account Specialist to join our offshore team. Our ideal candidate will be able to evaluate and solve almost ANY Amazon Seller Central problem from store health, account health, and especially listing issues.

This superstar should be well-versed in Amazon case management, Plan of Action (POA) creation/submission, corrective actions and techniques to fix and maintain Amazon listings. We want to hire someone that prides themselves on being well-spoken, articulate, a problem solver, think critically, while staying organized, and extremely detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Amazon Listings using flat file/Add a product feature
  • Manage Master Flat File database; expert Excel skills REQUIRED
  • Perform daily store audits on product listings and storefronts
  • Manage Amazon storefronts by updating with new product and seasonal changes
  • Upload Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and Variation listings
  • Manage all content publishing on to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Manage Amazon Seller Support case log
  • Call Amazon and talk to them to resolve problems as they arise
  • Manage Suppressed listings
  • Write Plan of Action (POA) and respond to Account Health Appeals
  • Resolve Performance issues – Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly
  • Fix Stranded and Suppressed Inventory
  • Research changes on Amazon via Amazon Seller Forums and Social Media Groups
  • You must have in-depth knowledge of different Amazon reports pertaining to listing health
  • Any other tasks which the Company reasonably requests to be performed

SKILLS required:

  • ALL AROUND EXPERT with the creation, uploading, editing, and troubleshooting of product listings on the Amazon Seller Central platform
  • MINIMUM 3+ years experience on Amazon Seller Central
  • MUST HAVE experience with flat files to create, set up, edit, troubleshoot Amazon listings
  • MUST HAVE experience demonstrated experience writing and submitting Plan of Action(s) (POA) or Appeals on Account Health
  • MUST HAVE written/verbal experience with Amazon Seller Support to investigate issues, create and manage cases, and/or actively resolve issues with escalation or documentation submission

PPC Specialist

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring daily Amazon advertising KPIs to maintain million-dollar Amazon campaign portfolios for budget goals and ad sales goals.
  • Create advertising metric performance reports using an internal database and by downloading Amazon reports in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Responsible for achieving ad sales goals and maintaining advertising budget goals.
  • Analyze Amazon advertising performance using self-prepared reports and provide output to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile our daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Amazon advertising performance reports, and maintain the advertising reports database.
  • Monitor Amazon keyword ranking goals for assigned ASINs by managing ad sales goals for targeted keyword campaigns.
  • Using company processes, the Amazon Search Term Report, Brand Analytics, and 3rd party tools to research, identify, and test new keywords.
  • Participate and strategize on advertising efforts by analyzing Amazon marketplace competition and developing ways to increase sales with great ROI.
  • Responsible for maintaining a strong and growing keyword network, along with profitable audience outreach by tapping into Amazon search volume.
  • Leverage all Amazon advertising types and services, along with external advertising platforms to drive discoverability and convertibility to assigned ASINs.
  • Daily monitoring of Quartile AI software and interacting with Quartile account manager(s) that manage daily bid and budget changes that are driven by preset goals.
  • Common Use Programs: Slack, Asana, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Helium10, Jungle Scout, Sellerise, Quartile, and more.
  • Contractor’s responsibilities will also include any other tasks which the Company reasonably requests the Contractor to perform for the success of the business.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience creating, launching, optimizing, and managing Amazon PPC Advertising on the Seller Central platform.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience creating, launching, optimizing, and managing Amazon PPC Advertising on the Vendor Central platform.
  • Can provide proven experience individually handling Amazon portfolios with $300K+ annual ad budget.
  • Can demonstrate experience with Amazon report compilation, report collation, and advertising data analysis
  • Can demonstrate strong, accurate Excel and Google Sheet skills, with required mastery of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, large file compilation, filters, and visualizations.
  • Experience and daily use of common Amazon 3rd party tools are required to complete competitive analysis and keyword analysis duties.
  • Must have analytical and critical thinking with strong math skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and obsessive determination to become an industry expert.
  • PREFERRED: experience with Quartile, Perpetua, or Scale Insights Amazon ad software.
